One otherwise reasonable curcumin absorption source was dropped at that step because the author-level sweep returned four retracted papers from the same laboratory; a different, independent human study is cited in its place.
Then the amounts are set side by side
Every panel amount is set next to the daily amount used in the published work on that ingredient, together with who was studied and what was measured. That side-by-side view is why this website takes the shape it does.
