Privacy PolicyJointBrex Privacy Policy: What This Website Collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party tracking scripts and has no account system. The only personal information it can receive is whatever you type into one of the two contact forms, which open your own email client and send to contact@Jointbreex.com or contact@customercs.com.
Payment data never reaches this website at all, and the reason is structural rather than a promise.
What this JointBrex joint website collects
| What | Collected? | How |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email | Only if you type them | Into one of the two contact forms, which compose a message in your own email client. Nothing is stored on this website. |
| Your order ID | Only if you type it | Into the order-desk form, so the order desk can look the order up. |
| Card details | Never | Payment happens on the seller's checkout, on a different domain. No card field exists anywhere on this website. |
| An account or a password | Never | There is no account system, so there is nothing to breach. |
| Advertising cookies | No | No advertising or analytics scripts are loaded by these pages. |
| Server logs | By the host | As with any website, the host records requests. That is standard infrastructure logging and is not used to profile anybody. |
| Web fonts | Yes, from Google Fonts | Two typefaces load from fonts.googleapis.com. That request carries your IP address to Google, as every site using hosted fonts does. |
That table is the complete list. If something is missing from it and you find it, write to contact@Jointbreex.com and it will be corrected.
What happens to a JointBrex joint message you send
- A message from the website form arrives at contact@Jointbreex.com and is read by the editors, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
- A message from the order form arrives at contact@customercs.com and is read by the order desk, which can look an order up.
- It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
- It is not sold, rented or shared with an advertiser.
- It is kept only as long as answering it requires.
- You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@Jointbreex.com.
Both forms are ordinary mail links rather than server forms, which means the message is composed in your email client and sent from your address. Nothing is posted to a server on this website. A consequence: what you send is as private as your own email, and this desk never sees it until you press send.
Where JointBrex joint payment data actually goes
Every buying button on this website points at order/, which hands you to the seller’s own checkout. From that point the transaction is between you and the seller, and the seller’s payment processor holds the card data.
This desk never receives a card number, an expiry date or a security code, and could not store one if it wanted to: there is no server-side code on these pages to receive it. That is a structural fact about how the site is built rather than a policy that could be changed quietly.
If you want to know what the seller does with your data, ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 or contact@customercs.com before paying. This desk can tell you what it does; it cannot speak for the checkout.
Your JointBrex joint data rights
Ask what is held
Write to contact@Jointbreex.com. Realistically the answer is any email you have sent this desk, and nothing else.
Ask for it to be corrected
Same address. Corrections to the pages themselves are welcome too, and they move the review date at the foot of the page.
Ask for it to be deleted
Same address. Email correspondence can be deleted on request.
Ask about an order
That is the seller’s data rather than this desk’s. +1 (302) 200-3480 or contact@customercs.com.
Children
This website is written for adults of 18 and over, as the product is, and it does not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
Any change appears on this page with the review date updated. Last reviewed September 2026 by Dr. Nehad Soloman, MD, FACR.
