The directions line reads: “For best results, take two (2) capsules daily before a meal”. Two capsules is one serving and one serving is the whole day — there is no evening dose. A bottle of 60 capsules is 30 days. Take them with a full glass of water and do not exceed the label.

Four separate instructions are packed into that sentence and they are worth unpacking, because each rules something out.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Two capsules is the amount. Doubling it because week one was quiet is exactly what the line forbids.
- Not for anyone under 18. Stated as an age, not as a suggestion.
- Not for pregnant or nursing mothers. Also stated flatly.

What if I miss a day?
Take the next day’s two capsules at the usual time. Do not take four to catch up — the caution rules that out and nothing about this formula rewards it. One missed day inside a thirty-day bottle changes very little; a missed week is a different matter, because every trial behind these ingredients dosed daily for weeks.
Can I take it with food rather than before?
The label says before a meal, so that is what this desk prints. If before a meal is uncomfortable, that is a question for whoever knows your medical history rather than something to work around silently.
