Three support statements carry this product, and the front of the bottle adds a fourth line with an asterisk on it. All four are quoted here as printed. They are structure and function statements, which is the ceiling a dietary supplement sells under, and nothing on this website goes above it.
Quoted first, then read carefully, then set against what the panel amounts can support.

And on the front of the bottle, under the brand: “For pain relief from muscle & joint injuries”, with an asterisk. The asterisk resolves to the statement on the side panel — that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That asterisk is the whole legal architecture of this category in one typographic mark, and it is why this desk quotes the line inside quotation marks rather than adopting it as a description.

The honest summary is that the statements describe what the ingredient class is sold for, and the panel amounts support one of the eight lines at a studied level. A reader who wants a shorter version: the bottle is a real glucosamine product and a nominal everything-else product.
What the JointBrex sales page cites, and what it does not
The seller’s page closes with a numbered list headed Scientific References. Ten entries, each with an author, a journal and a year.
Not one of them concerns a joint. The ten cover gut microbiota in type 2 diabetes, Gymnema sylvestre and sugar cravings, grape seed extract and insulin sensitivity, green tea extract and metabolic health, and African mango and appetite. They are the reference list of a blood-sugar product, left on a joint page.
This is checkable in thirty seconds by anyone who scrolls to the foot of that page, which is why it is printed here rather than left alone. It does not change what is in the bottle. It does mean the sales page’s scientific framing should be given no weight at all, and that the panel is the only document from the seller worth reading closely.
Twenty-six sources, every one of them about an ingredient on this panel, the condition it is sold for, or the guidelines that cover that condition. Each PubMed record was pulled from the NCBI summary service and checked for retraction at paper and author level.
